At Rago Shapewear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your shapewear is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still has all factory tags and hygienic liners attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Item
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, include the provided packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
